■Merging scanned images into one PDF file

When you scan more than single document, the following window will appear if the scanning is interrupted by a paper jam or other errors.

In this case, you can continue or abort the scanning using the following procedure.

Operation

To continue scanning:

1.Check the last page scanned in the "Message" window.

2.Load the unscanned pages back onto ADF.

3.Click [Continue scanning] button to restart the scanning.

To quit scanning:

1.Click the [Quit] button.

⇒The following window appears.

2.Click [Yes] to delete the data that were scanned up to the interruption. Otherwise, click [No] to save the data that were scanned up to the interruption. (*Click [Cancel] to return to the previous window.)
