6.3.3 Options for switching between frames on the SKP operating terminal

The following table shows the options for switching to another frame on the SKP operating terminal.

Operation

Effect

P2

Only in CE mode : by pressing this key you switch from any frame directly to the

index frame. The selection of the desired frame can then be made by entering

the frame ID in the index frame.

P3

Pressing this key (return key) switches back to the previous frame.

F3

This key switches from any frame to the MODE SELECTION FRAME.

Frame selection

Enter a frame code in the MODE SELECTION FRAME

(e.g. ST, AU, AU5)

Change to

You can change to a subframe by selecting it from the main frame or from a

subframes

subframe that has already been invoked. This can be done:

– with program function keys.

The keys are shown in the corresponding frame or subframe.

– by selecting a function with or without entering a parameter.

FR command

It is possible to switch to any frame with the FR command. The command is

entered in the command line (screen line 24) of a frame. It has the following

format:

FR XX (XX is the code of the desired frame; see figure 14 on page 45)

6.4 User frames and subframes

The user frames are used by the operator for sending jobs to the SVP and for receiving replies from the SVP.

Some frames have up to five subframes. The subframes contain other, more detailed functions and information which does not fit in the main frame.

i

This manual only describes the user frames required by the user.
