10.1Installation Steps
VCAUTION!
The storage subsystem should not be subjected to any extreme environ- mental conditions (see section “Technical Data” on page 4). Protect it from dust, moisture and heat.
The storage subsystem must be acclimatized in its operating environment for an acclimatization time.

●Unpacking the storage subsystem.
●Setting up the floorstand model or mounting the rack model into the rack.
●Cabling the storage subsystem (see chapter “Connections” on page 57).
●Setting the desired system parameters.
●Connecting the storage subsystem to the mains voltage (see section “Mains Connection” on page 58 or section “Mains Connection with Phase Redun- dancy” on page 59).
●Switching ON the storage subsystem.
