Replacing the I/O board

You need a Phillips screwdriver to replace the I/O board.

To replace the front I/O board:

1Remove the side panel by following the instructions in “Removing the side panel” on page 51.

2Remove the front bezel by following the instructions in “Removing the front bezel” on page 53.

3Remove the screw that secures the front I/O assembly to the computer, then remove the I/O assembly.
