Ondoubleovenmodels,youwill notbe ableto usetheprobein theupperovenduringtimed ovenoperationsThis.is because,with the

probe,youare cookingby temperaturerather thantime.

To change the oven temperature durflTg the Convection Roast cycle, press the CONVECTION ROAST pad and then press the number pads to set the new desired temperature.
