Using the Optional DPT100 Tuner

About the DPT100

The DPT100 is an optional 181-channel tuner that converts your DVD player into a portable television. The tuner connects to the side of the DVD player and is powered by the player, so no additional power source is required. Use the supplied antenna to receive local TV broadcasts while you’re on the go. Or for improved reception, use the RF adapter to connect to your home’s cable TV source or a rooftop antenna.

Connecting the Tuner

Connect the TV tuner to the DVD player as follows:

1Align the tuner with the edge of the DVD player and insert the tuner’s connector into the DVD player’s TV Tuner Input jack.

The tuner support pin must be inserted at the same time as the jack to make a secure connection.
