Buttermilk Waffles

112 cups (375 ml) flour

112 teaspoons (7.5 ml) baking powder

112 cups (375 ml) buttermilk

6 tablespoons (90 ml) butter, melted

1 cup (250 ml) flour

3 teaspoons (15 ml) baking

3 eggs, separated

1 cup (250 ml) milk

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) baking soda

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

2 eggs, beaten lightly
