9.Identify the Left and Right Handrails (81, 82). With the help of a second person, attach the Handrails to the Pulse Bar Bottom (87) with four 3/8" x 3/4" Patch Screws (9). Start all four
Patch Screws, and then tighten each of them.
10.With the help of a second person, hold the Pulse Bar Top (86) near the Pulse Bar Bottom (87). Insert the pulse wire from the Pulse Bar Top into the hole in the top of the Pulse Bar Bottom and pull it out of the hole in the Pulse Bar Bottom.
Attach the Pulse Bar Top (86) to the Pulse Bar Bottom (87) with two #8 x 3/4" Screws (2) and six #8 x 1/2" Screws (1) in the locations shown.
Be careful not to pinch the pulse wire. Start all eight Screws, and then tighten each of them.
