Strobe

Image Effect Global Effect

Image Effect Function parameter DMX value = 1

Applies a strobe to Image A or Image B by turning layer intensity on and off. Use this effect to create a flashing image.

Modifier 1: Operates the same as the Global Strobe parameter on an individual image.

DMX Value	Effect Function Option
0–23	No strobe (open)
24–53	Periodic strobe slow to fast
54–83	Random random strobe slow to fast
84–113	Synchronous random strobe slow to fast
114–255	No strobe (open)

Modifier 2: Not Used

Tip: You can use this image effect with the transparency parameter to “strobe” the non- transparent portion of an image.
