SVP manages the entire BladeSymphony 1000 device. It also provides a user interface for
management via the SVP console. SVP provides the following functions:
Module configuration management (module type, installation location, etc.) within a server chassis
Monitoring and controlling of modules installed on the server chassis (power control, failure
monitoring and partition control)
Monitoring and controlling of the environment (temperature monitoring, controlling fan RPM)
