ATTENTION :

S’assurer que le filtre à air est correctement remplacé avant de remonter l’ensemble. Ne jamais faire fonctionner le moteur sans le filtre à air, puisque cela peut endommager gravement la scie à chaîne.

NETTOYAGE DU LANCEUR

Voir la figure 63.

Nettoyer les grilles de refroidissement du lanceur avec un pinceau ou de l’air comprimé.

RÉGLAGE DU CARBURATEUR

Voir le figure 64.

Avant de régler le carburateur :

nNettoyer les ouïes d’aération du couvercle du lanceur avec une brosse ou de l’air comprimé.

nNettoyer le filtre à air. Voir Nettoyage du filtre à air, à la section Entretien de ce manuel.

nLaisser le moteur se réchauffer avant d’entreprendre le réglage du ralenti.

AVERTISSEMENT :

Les conditions climatiques et l’altidude peuvent affecter la carburation. Ne permettre à personne de s’approcher de la scie pendant le réglage du carburateur.

Réglage de la vitesse de ralenti – La vis de ralenti contrôle le degré d’ouverture du papillon lorsque la gâchette d’accélérateur est relâchée. Réglage :

nTourner la vis de ralenti « T » vers la droite, pour augmenter le régime de ralenti.

nTourner la vis de ralenti « T » vers la gauche, pour réduire le régime de ralenti.

AVERTISSEMENT :

LA CHAÎNE NE DOIT JAMAIS TOURNER LORSQUE LE MOTEUR EST AU RALENTI. La rotation de la chaîne au ralenti peut causer des blessures graves.
