Regulatory Statements and Warranty

Software or Firmware Warranty

Hewlett-Packard warrants that the software or firmware, when properly installed, will not fail to execute their programming instructions for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase from HP or its Authorized Reseller. If HP receives notice of defects within the warranty period, HP will at its option either repair or replace the defective soft- ware or firmware or refund the purchase price.
