Caring for Your Battery
SDid you know... Returning to information saved in Hibernation takes longer than returning to information saved in Sleep but is faster than returning to your information manually after restarting your Notebook.
ÄCAUTION: Although Sleep mode maintains system information and open files, you will lose any unsaved information if you turn off your Notebook before you end the Sleep mode.
Starting and Ending Power Modes
The following table shows you how to start and end the various power modes of your Notebook.
SDid you know... Your Notebook automatically goes into Hibernation if your battery is low or after one hour of Sleep. When your notebook is on AC power, it does not go into Hibernation.
