Using the CD or DVD Drive
2.Click the Properties 
icon on the lower left corner of the player to open the Properties dialog box.
3.Click the General tab.

4.Select the desired region in the Current regions section.
5.Click OK to return to the WinDVD Player.
SDid you know... You can only change the region code for the DVD drive five times. The fifth setting change you make becomes the permanent region on the player. Each time you make a change to the drive’s region setting, the remaining number of changes allowed on the DVD drive is displayed.
