3 Working with the Guest Management Software

New account creation

When you select the New Account(s) button in the Accounts tab, the Guest Account Creation Wizard is launched. This wizard guides you through the process of creating one or more new guest accounts. You can create either individual accounts of a batch of accounts with the same parameters.

To create a new account:

1.In the Accounts tab, select the New Account(s) button to launch the Guest Account Creation Wizard.

2.Enter a username, or leave the field blank to have the Guest Management Software automatically generate a guest name.

3.If the administrator has enabled passwords to be modified manually, enter a password. Otherwise, passwords are assigned automatically. See “Guest accounts” on page 46.

4.Select the controller with which this new account will be associated from the drop-down menu.
