This audit message means a remote DICOM host initiated and com- pleted a a C–MOVE operation to transfer DICOM content. It can be monitored to determine the content being queried/transferred. The “Result Code” field can be used to determine when errors occur.

The time interval between the C–MOVE Start and C–MOVE End audit messages tells you how long the related C–MOVE operations are taking to complete.
