To clean the ADF, follow these steps:

1.Turn off the scanner and then disconnect the USB or Ethernet cable and power cable from the scanner.

2.Open the scanner lid.

3.Clean the white strip on the inside of the scanner cover and the clear scanning strip on the scanner bed. Wipe these items with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth.
