■All backup tools excluding Veritas NetBackup.
■Access to 3PAR InServ Storage Server via SSH.
■Management of different versions of Microsoft SQL server from the same Recovery Manager backup server.
■Interoperability between Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
For example, a virtual copy created under Windows 2003 cannot be mounted to a Windows 2008 target host. A virtual copy created under Windows 2008 cannot be mounted to a Windows 2003 target host.
■Taking a snapshot of the SQL servers created with the SQL Server Authentication setting. 3PAR only supports SQL servers created with the Windows Authentication setting.
■Taking a snapshot of a database residing on a network mapped volume.
