RTC Battery Spare Part Number Information

RTC battery (includes 2-sided tape) 384626-001

1.Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 5.3).

2.Remove the Mini PCI communications module (Section 5.8).

3.Disconnect the RTC battery cable 1 from the system board.

4.Remove the RTC battery 2 from the system board. (The RTC battery is attached to the system board with two-sided tape.)

Removing the RTC Battery

Reverse the above procedure to install the RTC battery.
