Manually downloading the Guide
1 Press the Media Center Start button 
on the remote control.
2Select Settings, TV, Guide, and then select Get Latest Guide Listings.
3Follow the onscreen instructions. The Guide can take up to 30 minutes to download, depending on the amount of data to download and the speed of your Internet connection.
Changing a postal code to receive the correct Television Guide
and Recording TV Programs
1 Press the Media Center Start button 
on the remote control.
2Select Settings, TV, Guide, and then select Set Up Guide listings.
3Select Next, and follow the onscreen instructions.
4Enter your postal code, and then select Next.
5To download your provider information and then start downloading your Guide information, follow the onscreen instructions.
