Listening to the Radio

Listening to the Radio

FM Radio lets you listen to FM radio stations on your phone. You will first need to connect a wired headset to the audio jack of your device to use FM Radio. FM Radio uses the stereo headset as the FM radio antenna.

Note: A wired headset is not included with your device. It must be purchased separately.

1.FM radio frequency

2.Drag to tune in to a frequency on the FM band.

3.Tap to fine tune the radio frequency by -0.1 MHz.

4.Tap to search the FM band for the previous FM station.

5.View the All presets list.

6.Tap to change the name of the current station you are tuned into.

7.Tap to search the FM band for the next FM station.

8.Tap to fine tune the radio frequency by +0.1 MHz.

9.Radio signal strength

10.Turn FM Radio off or on.

Listening to an FM Station

1.Press Listening to an FM Station and then tap 92 2H. Camera and Multimedia > FM Radio.

The first time you open FM Radio, it automatically scans for available FM stations, saves them as presets, and plays the first FM station found.

Note: To repeat scanning and saving of FM stations, press Manual background, and then tap Scan & Save.

2.Press Manual background to stop the auto-scan.

3.On the FM Radio screen, you can:

Tap Manual background and then select a station you want to listen to.

Tap Manual background to go to the previous available FM station, or Manual background to go to the next available FM station.

Press the volume buttons on the side of the phone to adjust the volume.

Press Manual background to set more FM Radio options.
