6. Starting Up
After installing your SIM card and battery and charging the battery, you can now power on and start using your phone.
Turn on the power
Press the END CALL/POWER button.
Set up your phone for the first time
When you turn on the phone for the first time and after touching the Android image, you will be prompted to sign in to your Google™ Account. If you decide not to sign in to your Google Account, you can still use the phone but you won’t be able to use Google services such as Google Talk™, Gmail™/Google Mail™, and Android Market™.
Note Make sure that your phone has an active data connection (3G/GPRS) before you sign in to your Google Account.
1.Touch Skip.
Tip Touch Begin to view a tutorial on how to use the onscreen keyboard.
2.Read the setup information on the screen, then touch Next.
