Fare andare il motore per alcuni minuti, in modo da contribuire a far asciugare il motore.

Se il motorino di avviamento a strappo si gela

Se il motorino di avviamento a strappo si gela e non fa girare il motore, procedere nel seguente modo:

1.Impugnare la maniglia del motorino di avviamento a strappo e tirare lentamente, in modo da estrarre quanta più corda possibile.

2.Rilasciare la maniglia del motorino a strappo e facendola scattare indietro verso il motorino.

Se il motore non riesce a partire, ripetere la procedura indicata oppure utilizzare il motorino elettrico di avviamento.

SNOW THROWING TIPS

•Always operate the snow thrower with the engine at full throttle. Full throttle offers the best snow thrower performance.

•Go slower in deep, freezing or heavy wet snow. Use the drive speed control, NOT the throttle, to adjust ground speed.

•It is easier and more efficient to remove snow imme- diately after it falls.

•The best time to remove snow is the early morning. At this time the snow is usually dry and has not been ex- posed to the direct sun and warming temperatures.

•Slightly overlap each successive path to ensure all snow will be removed.

•Throw snow downwind whenever possible.

•Adjust the skid plates to proper height for current snow conditions. See “TO ADJUST SKID PLATES” in this section of this manual.

•For extremely heavy snow, reduce the width of snow removal by overlapping previous path and moving slowly.

•Keep engine clean and clear of snow during use. This will help air flow and extend engine life.

•After snow-throwing job is completed, allow engine to run for a few minutes to melt snow and ice off the engine.

•Clean the entire snow thrower thoroughly after each use and wipe dry so it is ready for next use.

WARNING: Do not operate snow thrower if weather conditions impair visibility. Throwing snow during a heavy, windy snowstorm can blind you and be hazardous to the safe operation of the snow thrower.

•Bei extrem schwerem Schnee ist die Weite der Räumungs- bahnen durch Überschneidung mit vorherigen Bahnen einzuschränken und mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit zu arbeiten.

•Halten Sie den Motor während der Benutzung von Sch- nee sauber und frei. Dies begünstigt die Luftzufuhr und verlängert die Lebensdauer des Motors.

•Nach dem Schneefräsen sollte der Motor einige Minuten lang laufen, damit Schnee und Eis vom Motor weg- schmelzen.

•Reinigen Sie die gesamte Schneefräse sorgfältig nach jedem Gebrauch und trocknen Sie sie, damit sie für den nächsten Einsatz bereit ist.

•Ajustez les plaques de protection du carter inférieur à la hauteur nécessaire pour les conditions de neige cou- rantes. Voir “COMMENT AJUSTER LES PLAQUES DE PROTECTION DU CARTER INFÉRIEUR” dans la section de ce manuel.

•Pour la neige extrêmement lourde, réduisez la largeur du déneigement en recouvrant les chemins précédents et en vous déplaçant lentement.

•Gardez le moteur propre et nettoyez la neige pendant l’utilisation. Cela aidera au passage de l’air et prolongera la durée de vie du moteur.
