Sistema de tracción

NO lubricar las partes de guía dentro de la máquina quitanieves. Las coronas dentadas, los árboles hexagonales, el disco de guía y la rueda de fricción no necesitan lubricación. Los rodamientos y cojinetes están lubricados a por vida y no necesitan mantenimiento.

PRECAUCIÓN: Toda lubricación de las partes descritas arriba puede causar contaminación de la rueda de fricción y dañar el sistema de guía de su máquina quitanieves.

V-riemen

Controleer de V-riemen op aantasting en slijtage na elke 50 gebruiksuren en vervang ze indien nodig. De ri- emen zijn niet afstelbaar. Vervang de riemen als ze beginnen te slippen door slijtage. (Zie “HET VER- WIJDEREN VAN DE RIEMHULS” in het gedeelte Reparatie en Aanpassingen van deze handleiding).

De V-riemen op uw sneeuwruimer zijn speciaal geconstrueerd en moeten vervangen worden door riemen van de oorspronkelijke fabrikant (original equipment manufacturer - OEM), die bij uw dealer verkrijgbaar zijn. Het gebruik van andere dan OEM-riemen kan persoonlijke verwondingen of schade aan de sneeuwruimer veroorzaken.

Tandwielcarter van de boor

Het tandwielcarter is in de fabriek met smeermiddel gevuld tot het juiste niveau. Het smeermiddel dient alleen te worden nagekeken als er reparaties aan het tandwielcarter hebben plaatsgevonden.

Als er smeermiddel nodig is, gebruik dan alleen Ronex Ed #1-vet.

Aandrijfsysteem met trekkabel

Smeer de aandrijvingcomponenten in de sneeuwruimer NIET met vet in. Het kettingwiel, de zeskantige drijfassen, aandrijf- schijven en wrijvingswiel behoeven geen smering. De lagers en ringen zijn voor de levensduur gesmeerd, en behoeven geen onderhoud.

OPGELET: Ledere smering van de bovengenoemde componenten kan vervuiling van het wrijvingswiel veroorzaken en schade toebrengen aan het aandrijfsysteem van uw sneeuwruimer.

Cinghia a V

Dopo circa 50 ore di attività, controllare lo stato di deterioramento e usura delle cinghia a V e, se necessario, sostituirla. Le cinghie non sono riparabili. Se cominciano ad allentarsi troppo per l’usura, le cinghie non vanno sostituite. (fare riferimento al paragrafo “PER TOGLIERE IL COPERCHIO DELLA CINGHIA” nella sezione di Messa in Servizio e Regolazione di questo manuale).

Le cinghie a V montate sul vostro spazzaneve sono di speciale fattura e vanno sostituite con ricambi originali (OEM), disponibili presso il rivenditore più vicino. L’utilizzo di ricambi non originali può dare luogo a lesioni personali o danneggiare la macchina.

Cassa delle coclea

La cassa della coclea è stata riempita con un’opportuna quantità di lubrificante dalla casa di produzione. Sarà necessario aggiungere nuovo lubrificante soltanto qualora si eseguano interventi di assistenza sugli ingranaggi in questione.

Se è necessario usare del lubrificante, applicate esclusivamente del grasso Ronex ED #1.

Sistema di trazione per aderenza

NON lubrificate i componenti di trasmissione all’interno dello spazzaneve. Denti, alberi esagonali, dischi di trasmissione e ruote di frizione non vanno lubrificati. Boccole e cuscinetti hanno subito un trattamento lubrificante che vale per tutta la loro vita tecnica e non richiedono interventi di manutenzione.

ATTENZIONE: La lubrificazione dei componenti sopra ricordati può provocare una contaminazione delle ruote di frizione e danneggiare il sistema di trasmissione del vostro spazzaneve.
