2.Push the optical drive eject button and slide the optical drive out of the front of the computer.

3.Install the new drive into the bay.

Removing and replacing a hard disk drive

To remove and replace a hard disk drive, do the following:

1.Open the cover. See “Opening the cover” on page 10.
