CAUTION
FollowtheseprecautionstopreventdamagetotheP.C . boards:
BeforehandlinganyP.C . boards,youneedtobeproperlygroundedtopreventstatic
damagetothecomponentsoftheboard.AStaticCuffMUSTbewornandproperly
groundedusinganalligatorclip.Electricalconduitorawaterpipeisnormallysufficient
whenaknowngoodgroundisnotavailable.Careshouldbetakentoensurethatthe
alligatorclipcontactswithbaremetalsurface.
Whenremovingquickdisconnectsterminals,DONOTpullonwireitselfasdamageto
theconnectionmayoccur.HolddowntheP.C. boardwithonehandanduseanupward
forcewithaslightrockingmotiontoremovetheterminals.
BeforeinstallinganyP.C . boards,ensurethatallinsulatorsareinplace.

1. Unplugunit.
2. Removecabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinetonpage 23.
3. Removecontrolpanel.RefertoRemovingControlPanelonpage 53.
4. Dothefollowing:
A. DisconnectwiringharnessesfromPCboard.
WARNING
DONOTremoveoxygensensortubingfromP.C .board.RemovefromregulatorONLY.
DONOTremovethepressuresensortubingfromP.C . board.Removefromtopof
producttankonly.Damagetooxygensensorassemblyorpressuresensorcouldoccur.A
faultysensormayresultinimproperoxygendeliveryandharmtotheuser.
B. Disconnectpressuresensortubingfromproducttank,notP.C . Board.
C. ForconcentratorsthathaveO2sensor,disconnecttheoxygensensortubingfrom
regulatorfitting.RefertoReplacingRegulatoronpage 48.
5. RemovethetwomountingscrewsontopcornersofP.C . board.
6. PositionnewP.C . board.
