Power Loss Alarm
Withtheunitrunning,removethelinecordfrompowersource.Thepowerlossalarm
modeshouldsoundtheaudiblealarmIMMEDIATELYorwithin30seconds.
NOTE:Withtheunitunpluggedandinoperableforashortperiodoftime,thebatteryfreecircuit
willbedrained.Ifpowerfailurealarmdoesnotsoundwithunitunpluggedandpowerswitchon,
thebatteryfreecircuitisdrained.Itwillrechargewhenunitispluggedinandswitchedon.
Low Pressure Test
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGURE 24.1onpage 81.
1. TherearetwoseparatefailuremodesforLowPressure:
•Lowproducttankpressure.(Pressureintankdropsbelowapresetvalue,typically
7p.s.i.).
• Failuretoreachthesetpointpressurewithinaprescribedtimelimit,orTimeout
Failure.
Test One
1. Withunitrunning,setflowatmaximumrating.
2. Whenthemainvalveswitches,pullthestemonthecompressorreliefvalveoutasfar
asitwillgoandholdit.
3. Thelowpressurealarmshouldactivatewithin30seconds.RefertoSensO2Alarm

Test Two
1. Withunitrunning,setflowatmaximumrating.
2. Removethepressuresensortubing(tie‐wrap)fromthetopoftheproducttank(not
shown).
3. Thelowpressurealarmshouldactivatewithin30seconds.RefertoSensO2Alarm
