1. Unplugunit.
2. Removecabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinetonpage 23.
3. Pluginunit.
4. Turntheconcentratoron().
5. Letconcentratorrunfor20minutes.
WARNING
Applysmallamountofleaktestsolutiontofittingsonly.Avoidallothercomponents.DO
NOTleaktest4wayvalvebody.Carefullyleaktestforpressureleaksaroundsievebed
hosesat4wayvalve.DONOTallowleaktestsolutiontoenter into4wayvalveand
system.
6. Withʺleaktest”solutionorequivalentsoapywater,leaktestthefollowing:
A. Thetwosievebedhoseconnectionatthe4wayvalve/manifoldassembly
(Detail”A”).
B. Leaktestthehosefittingoncenterportof4wayvalve/manifoldassembly.
C. Hoseconnectionstotopandbottomfittingsofsievebeds.
D. P.E.valvehoseconnections.
E. Hosefittingsatproducttankcapandcheckvalves(Detail“B”).
F. Bothfittingsonheatexchangerassembly(Detail“C”).
7. Replaceanytubingthatappearscracked,worn,etc.
8. Reinstallcabinet.RefertoRemovingCabinetonpage 23.
9. RefertoTypic alProductParametersonpage 8forconcentrationlevels.Iflow
concentrationsareobserved,refertoTroubleshootingonpage16.
