2 Preparation
All barista recipes are prepared following this model.
EThe product selector view disappears automatically after
5seconds if no preparation is started.
Example:Proceed as follows to prepare a White Cool.
Precondition:‘Please select product:’ is displayed.
g T Turn the Rotary Switch to view the product selector.
g T Turn the Rotary Switch until the ‘White Cool’ product is in
focus.
k T Press the Rotary Switch to start preparation.
T Follow the instructions on the display and confirm by press-
ing the ‘Next’ button.
EYou can stop preparation at any time by pressing the ‘’ but-
ton.
EJust before preparation starts, you are asked which grinder
and therefore which beans you want to use.
EYou cannot make any permanent settings for barista recipes.
During preparation, you can however change the coffee
strength and quantities by turning the Rotary Switch f.
It is easy to make permanent settings for the amounts (amount of
water, amount of milk etc.) according to the cup size for all products
except caffè latte. Adjust the amount once as shown in the following
example. Every time you prepare a drink in the future, this amount
will be dispensed.
EYour JURA service technician can block the ‘Permanently set-
ting the amount of water for the cup size’ function.
The permanent settings for adapting the amounts to the cup size
for all products follow this model.
Example:Proceed as follows to permanently set the amount of
water for one coffee.
