In this chapter, you will find out how to prepare coffee specialities, milk and hot water without making further settings.

Barista tips | A ‘Barista’ is someone who is a professional at preparing Espressos |
| and coffee. In Italy this is a respected profession. The Barista knows |
| every coffee speciality and is a master at preparing perfect drinks. In |
| conjunction with your JURA IMPRESSA, you too can achieve perfect |
| results. |
To do this, follow these Barista tips:
pStore your coffee in a dry place. Oxygen, light, heat and mois- ture will spoil the coffee.
pUse only fresh, cold mains water so that the coffee aroma can be at its best.
pTo enjoy perfect coffee, please change the water every day.
pSet the grinder to your preferred roast. The correct fineness of grind will ensure that the flavours are released in the optimal way.

pUse a teaspoon for sugar and do not use sugar lumps to ensure that the crema or milk foam are not spoilt.
