The foll owing adj ustme nt items use the SE RVICE ME NU in th e series of the adju stment . The ad justment s are made on the bas is of the
initial set ting v alu es. Th e ad justm ent v alues whic h ad just t he s creen to th e opti mum condi tio n can b e di ffere nt f rom th e in itia l sett ing values.
With th e SER VICE MENU, var ious s ett ings c an be made , and the y are broa dly cl assif ied i n th e foll owin g ite ms of s etti ngs.

2.V/C ･･･････ ･････････････ ･･ Adjust ment of th e VIDEO /CH ROMA cir cuit.
3.DEF ････････････････････ ･ Adjustment of the DEFL ECTION ci rcuit.
4.VSM PRES ET ････････････ Adjustm ent of th e init ial s ettin g va lues of VSM cond iti on as ST AN DARD, SOFT and BRIGH T.
(VSM : Video Status Memory)
5.PRESET･････････････････ Adjustment of the RF c ircuit [Do not adjust].
6.SETUP TOUR OFF････････ It should be abl e to select mode (LANGUAG E and AUTO CH PRESE T).

Press the DISPLAY ke y and the PICTURE MODE key of the REMOTE CONTROL
UNIT s imult aneou sly . Then ent er th e SERV ICE MENU m ode as show n in Fig.1 .
[Exit from SERVICE MENU]
When com plete the adjust ment work, pr ess the DISPLAY key to retur n to the
SERVICE MENU.
And then pres s th e DISPLA Y ke y ag ain, retur n to the n orm al scr een.

In SERVI CE M ENU, press t he number (1 ～6) ke y of the r emo te cont rol unit , to se lect
any of the ad justm ent i tems.
