	Set to "AUX". Press the NUMBER key “0” and/or CH to
	select depending on the connector being used – "L-1"
	for the rear panel input connectors, or "F-1" for the front
	panel input connectors.
5	ACCESS MAIN MENU SCREEN
	Press MENU.
	● If you use the front S-VIDEO IN or VIDEO IN
	connector, perform step 6 – 7, then go to step 10.
	● If you use the rear S-VIDEO IN or VIDEO IN
	connector, go to step 8.
6	ACCESS VHS MODE SET SCREEN
	Move the highlight bar (arrow) to "VHS MODE SET" by
	pressing %fi, then press OK or #.
	SELECT FRONT AUX INPUT SET

	a– FRONT S-VIDEO IN :	VHS MODE SET
	Move the highlight bar
		S-VHS MODE	ON
	(arrow) to "FRONT	VIDEO CALIBRATION	ON

	Follow the “Picture Control” section on page 29, then
	select “EDIT.”
	NOTE:
	When you select “EDIT” to dub tapes, be sure to select
	“AUTO” or (“NORM” when “VIDEO CALIBRATION” is
	set to “OFF”) after you finish dubbing the tapes.
11	RETURN TO NORMAL SCREEN
	Press MENU.
12	START PLAYER
	Set the camcorder to its play mode.
	NOTE:
	If the camcorder is equipped with a superimpose/OSD
	disable feature then set its superimpose or display
	feature to OFF before pressing play.
13	START RECORDER
	Set your VCR to its record mode.
	● If you are using a Master Edit Control-equipped JVC
	camcorder, it can put the recorder automatically into
	Record mode. (Refer to camcorder's instruction
	manual.)

NOTE:

If you use an auxiliary input to connect a cable box or DBS receiver, make sure that the correct AUX INPUT ("VIDEO" or "S-VIDEO") is selected after you have finished editing

( steps 5 – 9).
