Playing in slow-motion

The unit can display a list of the still pictures, and playback a disc in slow-motion.

You can view video in more detail using these functions.

To display still pictures [STROBE]

During this function, when you press PAUSE , next nine still pictures appear on the TV screen and playback pauses. When you press PLAY , nine still pictures continuously appear on the TV screen.

7During playback

1Press PAUSE at the point you want to view like as a continuous photograph.

2 Press and hold PAUSE for more than 1 seconds.

The nine still pictures appear on the

TV screen and playback pauses.

To cancel strobe play

Press and hold PAUSE more than 1 second.

To playback in slow-motion [SLOW]

You can enjoy advancing the picture frame-by-frame by pressing PAUSE during pause. Each time you press PAUSE , the picture advances one frame.

You can also use the SHUTTLE knob for slow-motion play.

1.Press PAUSE to pause playback.

2.Turn the SHUTTLE knob to the right to play in slow-motion. You can adjust the playback speed by turning the SHUTTLE knob.

7During playback

1 Press PAUSE , then press SLOW(+) .
The unit play the slowest speed, and each time you press	, the
SLOW(+)
playback speed increases. To return to normal playback, press	PLAY .

To pause slow-motion play
Press PAUSE .

NOTES

¦The sound is muted during slow-motion play.

¦To cancel slow-motion play Press PLAY .

¦Reverse slow playback is not possible on a Video CD disc.
