	Program Dubbing (From DVD to VCR)			1 Load a disc you want to dub on the DVD deck, and a cassette
				with the record safety tab intact on the VCR deck.
				2 Press VCR}DVD to select the dubbing direction. The dubbing

				(DUBB.) lamp lights up on the unit.
				3 Prepare the DVD deck for dubbing.
You can select and dub your desired programs on a DVD disc to
the tape.				A Press VCR/DVD repeatedly so that the DVD lamp lights up on
				the unit.
● Turn on the unit.				B Press NAVIGATION to access the Library Database DVD Navi
				screen.
● Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.
● Slide the TV/CABLE/DBS/DVD switch to DVD.				C Press rt w e to select “ORIGINAL”, then press ENTER.
				D Press w e to select the desired program, then press MEMO.
			REC	● Select the programs in the order that you want them to be dub. The
				numbers of the playback order appear on the index. You can select
		VCR/DVD MODE DUBB. VCR } DVD
				up to 30 programs.
				● If you have specified a wrong selection, press MEMO. The number
				disappears.
				● When you want to clear all the numbers, press CLEAR (8).

4 Press 4 to locate the point where you want dubbing to start, then press 9 to pause playback.

5 Prepare the VCR deck for dubbing.

APress VCR/DVD repeatedly so that the VCR lamp lights up on the unit.

B Press REC MODE repeatedly to set the recording mode. ( pg. 36)

C Press 7 and 9 simultaneously so that the VCR deck enters the Record Pause mode.

MEMO	6 Press and hold DUBB. for more than 2 seconds to start the
	dubbing. The dubbing (DUBB.) lamp blinks on the unit.

●Playback on the DVD deck and recording on the VCR deck starts at the same time.

●When all the selected programs have been dubbed, playback on the DVD deck and recording on the VCR deck stops automatically at the same time. Press VCR}DVD to turn off the dubbing (DUBB.) lamp.

NOTES:

●The program memory remains even after dubbing is completed. To clear the memory, access the Library Database DVD Navi screen and press CLEAR (8).

●When locating the point where you want dubbing to start, be sure to press 4 then press 9. There should be at least a one-second interval when pressing these two buttons.

●If you do not want the superimposed indication to be recorded, set “SUPERIMPOSE” to “OFF” before dubbing. ( pg. 59)
