Setting the System Parameters

•Multi-Standard or

•NTSC

Confirm by twice pressing .

Picture Format

Use the  keys to select the picture format your TV set is suitable for, namely either

•4:3,

•16:9 or

•Auto

Confirm by twice pressing .

Screen

Use the  keys to set the kind of screen presentation

•Normal (P/S) = normal presentation for 4:3 TV sets or

•Wide (Letter-Box-Display off) – in this setting, the wide picture format for the 16:9 TV set is imposed on.

Confirm by twice pressing .

A/V Mode

Use the  keys to select the type of video signal on the Scart-

Socket. Select the signal your TV set can process.

Refer to the manual of your TV set!

•Composite Colour Signal

•RGB – Red /Green /Blue signal or

•Y/C – S-VHS signal (Luminance/Chrominance)

Confirm the selection by twice pressing .

Factory Setting

In this position you can reset all settings to the factory settings by

pressing . The factory settings need not necessarily correspond to the settings required for your receiving installation. It may well be that you will have to make all settings once again after a reset.
