Use a lightweight fabric, such as tricot. Fold the fabric and
stitch on the bias(_ Youmay need to increase the needle
thread tension slightly_ Allow the needle tojust clear the
folded edge of the fabric,
If you sew rows ofshell stitches, space the rows atleast
5/8" (1.5 cm) apart. You can also sew shell stitches on knits
or soft silky woven fabrics in any directionr
