Temp Control--Used in setting the desired food temperature. "Temperature Controlled" cooking can be done only when the temperature probe is plugged into the socket inside the oven.

Stop--Stops the oven.

Start--Starts the oven.

Temp Guide--Temperature guide which

lists the examples of food that are best

cooked to these temperatures.
