Keyspan: Remote for iTunes - User Manual (Mac OS X & Windows)

If the Keyspan Remote for iTunes Receiver light does not turn on at all, or displays a different behavior, please contact Keyspan Technical Support for further support.

If you are using a your Keyspan remote (model URM-17A or URM-17B) and the light does not blink when you press and hold a button, please contact Keyspan Technical Support for further support.

If you are using a remote other than Keyspan remote model URM-17A or URM-17B, or are using a Keyspan receiver other than model UIA-11F or UIA-11H, please note that Airport Express only works with these models.
