3.6IPP Printing (Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/XP x64/ Server 2003 x64)

The IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) print service is supported as standard in Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/XP x64/Server 2003 x64. TCP/IP is used as the network protocol.

Operations on This Machine

Set the IP address for this machine. For the setting procedure, refer to “Set- ting the IP Address for This Machine” on page 3-5.

Also, specify the IPP printing settings in PageScope Web Connection. (Print- ing can be performed with the default settings.)

0You can set up the IPP printing also on the control panel. Refer to “User's Guide [Network/Scanner]” for details.

1Start up PageScope Web Connection.

– To log out if the login page does not appear, click [Logout].

2In the login page, select [Administrator], and then click [Login].

3Enter the administrator password, and Log in to the Administrator mode.
