Your service provider—For questions about your phone and phone service, contact your service provider. Your service provider’s customer support department can answer questions about your phone, phone bill, call coverage area, and features such as call forwarding or voice mail.

Before requesting support, please try to reproduce and isolate the problem. Have the following information available.
•The name of your service provider
•The actual error message or problem you are experiencing
•The steps you take to reproduce the problem
•The phone’s electronic serial number (ESN). This number is in the battery compartment underneath the battery. You must remove the battery to see it.
