gotothedesktopandmovethepointertothetop-rightorbottom-rightcornerofthescreentobringupthe
charms.ThenclickSettings➙Power➙Shutdown.
Ifyourcomputerstopsrespondingandyoucannotturnitoff,pressandholdthepowerbuttonforfour
secondsormore.Ifthecomputerstillisnotresponding,removetheacpoweradapterorthesupported
ThinkPadOneLinkDockandresetthecomputerbyinsertinganeedleorastraightenedpaperclipintothe
emergencyresetholetoturnoffthecomputer .Tolocatetheemergencyresethole,see“Bottomview”

Youalsocanprogramthepowerbuttonsothatyoucanturnoffthecomputerorputthecomputerintosleep
orhibernationmodebypressingthepowerbutton.Toachievethis,youneedtochangeyourpowerplan
settings.Toaccesspowerplansettings,gotothedesktopandright-clickthebatterystatusiconfromthe
Windowsnoticationarea,andthenclickPoweroptions➙Choosewhatthepowerbuttondoes.
