–TheLenovoUSB2.0EthernetAdapterorsupportedThinkPadOneLinkDockisconnectedcorrectlyto
yourcomputer.
–Thecableisinstalledcorrectly.
Thenetworkcablemustbesecur elyconnectedbothtotheLenovoUSB2.0EthernetAdapterofyour
computerandtotheRJ45connectorofthehub.Themaximumallowabledistancefr omthecomputer
tohubis100meters.Ifthecableisconnectedandthedistanceiswithinacceptablelimitsbutthe
problempersists,tryadifferentcable.
–Youareusingthecorrectdevicedriver.T oinstallthecorrectdriver,dothefollowing:
