Using the manual feeder

1Send a manual print job:

For Windows users:

aWith a document open, click File ΠPrint.

bClick Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.

cSelect Manual Paper.

dClick OK.

eClick OK or Print.

For Macintosh users:

aWith a document open, click File > Print.

bFrom the Copies & Pages or General pop-up menu, choose Manual Paper.

cClick OK or Print.

2When Load Manual <type> <size> appears, load the paper facedown into the manual feeder. Load envelopes with the flap side up.

Notes:

•Align the long edge of the paper so that it is flush with the right side of the manual feeder.

•To achieve the best possible print quality, use only high-quality paper designed for laser printers.
