1From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
2Click Print & Fax.
3Click +.
4Select the printer from the list.
5Click Add.
In Mac OS X version 10.4 and earlier
1From the Finder desktop, choose Go > Applications.
2Double-click the Utilities folder.
3Locate and double-click Printer Setup Utility or Print Center.
4From the Printer List, choose Add.
5Select the printer from the list.
6Click Add.
bFor AppleTalk printing:
In Mac OS X version 10.5
