This Lean Roast feature is designed to give cooking results of low fat, low calorie for roasting meats and poulty.

In the following example I will show how to cook 0.7kg of roast beef.

Press STOP/CLEAR.

Press Lean Roast.

Turn MENU/TEMP dial until display shows “1” (ROAST BEEF).

Turn TIME/WEIGHT dial until display shows “0.7kg”.

Press START/Q-START.
