2.2.4.3 Internal and External SCSI Connections

If you make internal and external SCSI device connections to the host adapter, you must terminate the last internal device and external device on the SCSI bus. You must disable the termination on all other devices. Termination on the host adapter is not required in this case. Save the plug-in HVD terminator so you can change the SCSI bus conﬁguration in the future.

Figure 2.14 shows you how to enable or disable termination for this SCSI bus conﬁguration.
