Paused/Step-by-Step Playback, Resume (Discs) 53
Resume
●Before you begin, press SELECT to put the
TV/VCR/DVD in DVD mode. The green DVD light
will appear on the front of the TV/VCR/DVD.
1Press STOP Cduring Disc playback. In a few
seconds, the following Resume message will appear on
the screen.
• To cancel resume playback and
start playing the Disc from the
beginning, press STOP Ca sec-
ond time while playback is
stopped. The Stop symbol (C) will
appear in the top right corner of
the screen. Press PLAY Bto start
playing the Disc from the
beginning.
Helpful Hint
2Press PLAY B. In a few seconds, playback will
resume from the point at which playback stopped last.
You can resume play at the same point even if you
turn off the TV/VCR/DVD, then turn it on again later.
However, opening the disc tray will cancel the
Resume feature.
Press 'PLAY' to play from here.
To play the beginning, press 'STOP' first
and then 'PLAY'.
Paused/Step-by-Step Playback
●Before you begin, press SELECT to put the
TV/VCR/DVD in DVD mode. The green DVD light
will appear on the front of the TV/VCR/DVD.
1During playback, press k. Play will pause and the
sound will be muted.
2When playing a DVD, press krepeatedly to
see the picture advance one frame (or step) at
a time. The sound will remain mute. Pressing k
repeatedly during Audio CD playback will have no
effect.
3Press PLAY Bto resume playback.
