Example: Playing a DVD in
reverse at twice the normal
playing speed.
Before you begin,press SELECT to put the
TV/VCR/DVD in DVD mode. The green DVD light will
appear on the front of the TV/VCR/DVD.
1During playback,press and hold i/gor
j/hfor a few seconds.Use i/gfor a for-
ward search. Use j/hfor a reverse search.
During DVD playback,pressing i/gor
j/hwill forward or reverse the picture at
approximately two,eight, 50,or 100 times the normal
playback speed. The speed may vary depending on
the Disc.
An h1,h2,h3, or h4will appear briefly
on the TV screen to indicate fast reverse searching.
An g1,g2,g3, or g4will indicate fast
forward searching.
Sound will be mute during searching.
For Audio CDs,the approximate searching speed is
16 times the normal play speed. An gor hwill
appear briefly on the TV screen. Sound will be inter-
mittent during searching on an Audio CD.
During Video CD play,pressing i/gor
j/hwill forward or reverse the picture at
approximately two,eight, or 30 times the normal play
speed.The speed may vary depending on the Disc.
An h1,h2,or h3 will appear briefly on the
TV screen to indicate fast reverse searching.
An g1,g2,or g3 will indicate fast forward
searching.
For MP3,the approximate search speed is eight times
the normal play speed. An gor hwill appear
briefly on the TV.
