Remove Shipping Strap

1. Removetape that covers the shipping strap.Pull to
completelyremove the shipping strapwith 2 cotter pins from
theinside of the washer.

EARTHING INSTRUCTIONS
This washer must be earthed. In the event of a malfunction
orbre akdown,ear thing will reduce the risk of electric
shockby providing a path of least resistance for electric
current.This washer is equipped with a cord having an
equipment-earthing conductor and an earthing plug.The
plug mustbe plugged into an appropr iate outlet that is
properly installed and earthed in accordance with all local
codes and ordinances.
WARNING:
Improper connection of the equipment-
earthing conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
Checkwith a qualified electrician or ser viceman if you are in
doubt as to whether the appliance is properly earthed.
Do not modify the plug providedwith the appliance – if it will
not fit the outlet, havea proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
Recommended Earthing Method
2. Pullfirmly to remove the end of shippingstrap from the back
ofthe washer. The shipping strap plug mustbe completely
removedfrom the washer for the self-levelinglegs to be
released.
Savethe shipping strap for later use.

Connect the Hoses

Proper connection of the drain hose avoids damage to your
floors due to water leakage. Read and follow these instructions.
Connect the inlet hose
1. The washer must be connected to the water taps using the
new inlet hoses supplied with the machine. Do not re-use
old hoses. Insert new flat washers (supplied) into each end
of the inlet hoses. Firmly seat the washers in the couplings.
