Chocolate mint ice cream
Add 75 g grated chocolate and a few drops of peppermint essence to the basic recipe.
Mango ice cream
Add 350 g mango (in small chunks) and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence to the basic recipe
Then pour the entire mix into the bowl while the paddle is rotating. Allow the mixture to freeze until it reaches the desired consistency. The ice cream is now ready to serve.
Basic recipe, sorbet
200 ml water
200 g sugar
Pour the water into a saucepan, add the sugar, and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to the boil and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.
Lemon sorbet
Add 200 ml lemon juice and the juice of a small orange to the basic mix.
Pineapple sorbet
Add 200 g pineapple, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence to the basic mix.
Then pour the entire mix into the bowl while the paddle is rotating. Allow the mixture to freeze until it reaches the desired consistency. The sorbet is now ready to serve.
CLEANING
•Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning.
•Detach the motor unit (1), and wipe with a damp cloth.
•Clean the bowl (6), lid (4), paddle (5) and spindle (3) in water with a small amount of detergent added.
•You must not use any form of solvent, or strong or abrasive cleaning agent.
